Owned and operated by husband and wife team, Paul David & Amanda Weber, Arrosto is a dream that has finally been made a reality. Paul and Amanda met while working together in upstate New York. They started going to lunch together and made an instant connection over their mutual love of food. As their relationship blossomed, so did their idea for Arrosto. After moving back to Amanda’s hometown of Sheboygan, they began to focus on their future plans.
Our food is a reflection of our upbringing, professional experiences and the desire to reach people through food. Our team is small and tight-knit, feeling more like family than colleagues. This fosters an environment of sincere, warm hospitality that radiates throughout our walls. Arrosto is truly a labor of love in more ways than one.
